Paul A. Fiser

Paul A. Fiser Paul A. Fiser was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended the University of Toledo, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Diploma in 1983. In 1985, he enrolled in the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, graduating in 1988. Mr. Fiser is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Ohio and Federal Courts.

Mr. Fiser has practiced law for 21 years. His practice involves all aspects of litigation with particular emphasis in representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in cases requiring a personal injury, product liability or medical malpractice attorney. Notably, Mr. Fiser spent 10 years of his career defending a major Cincinnati area hospital, its physicians and nurses on medical malpractice claims. This experience and knowledge, gained by having represented hospitals, doctors and nurses, has benefited Mr. Fiser's clients who have been the victims of medical malpractice.

From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Fiser worked for the largest law firm in Campbell County, Kentucky. During this time, Mr. Fiser filed what is believed to be the first personal injury / products liability case against a personal watercraft company (jet ski) in the history of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This case resulted in a settlement, on behalf of Mr. Fiser's client, which, at that time, was the largest settlement in the history of his law firm.

On January 1, 2002, Mr. Fiser and his partner, Thomas A. Sweeney, founded the law firm of Sweeney & Fiser, PLLC. Since 2002, Mr. Fiser has expanded his litigation practice and his representation of injured individuals has led to some of the largest settlements in Northern Kentucky during this period of time.
